When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project details, including the type of work, stage, budget and brief. You can also share your company, location, timing, services needed and links to supporting material.

We also receive any information you include in emails and follow-up conversations. Please only share material you are entitled to share, and avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Required fields help us understand the job and reply to you. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us instead.

We use your information to reply, understand your brief, prepare proposals and manage our working relationship. We also use technical information to maintain and protect the website.

Our contact form uses Web3Forms to process submissions and deliver them to us. Web3Forms and its infrastructure providers process the details you submit and technical information used for delivery, security and spam prevention.

Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions, so submitting the form can involve processing outside Norway and the European Economic Area. Its published data processing agreement describes safeguards for these transfers, including standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, follow up on the project and maintain relevant business records. If we work together, some information becomes part of our project and accounting records.

Retention depends on the status of the enquiry, the working relationship, legal record-keeping requirements and any unresolved dispute. Information should be deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Web3Forms states that it retains form submissions for a maximum of three years unless a shorter plan period or earlier deletion applies. This is separate from correspondence held in our email systems.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can ask us to:
